Dr. Christine Biscardi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and the founder and owner of Stepping Stone Kids Therapy, LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Master of Arts Degree in Education with an emphasis in curriculum design, and a Doctorate in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Biscardi’s dissertation focused on the investigation of screening procedures to identify developmental delays in children birth to age 3. She is also trained in the Greenspan Floortime Approach. Dr. Biscardi has over twelve years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders with behavioral challenges. Dr. Biscardi is a member of The Collier County Council of Autism Service Providers (CCCA), and a member of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) as well as the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA).
Dr. Biscardi has worked with children with varying degrees of mental and physical disabilities ranging from mild to severe. Her passion for working with children began as a teacher for the Collier County School District. After realizing the need for therapies in Southwest Florida, Dr. Biscardi joined Early Steps as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist specializing in behavior therapy for children with autism. She has extensive experience in treatment of severe inappropriate behaviors, teaching functional skills, developmental disabilities, and developing behavioral systems. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Dr. Biscardi is also a board member and serves as Vice-President for the Barron Collier High School Marching Band.
